About Excellent Feet Soccer School
This soccer school is taught directly by the coaching staff of Excellent Feet FC. It is a school that uses weekday evenings, where players from various teams train together. Over 300 students from this school have been accepted into academy teams of the J.League. The school focuses on individual skill improvement. There is a particular focus on one-on-one play training, and training in an elevated heart rate state, which the training we place the most importance on, is useful for demonstrating the technical skills needed in practice. Classes are divided based on skill level.

About CASQ Speed Training
What is CASQ?
This is a comprehensive training method to develop running ability, with a focus on the above four training elements.
Technical skills and tactics are important in soccer, ball games, and sports.
A good physical condition that serves as the base is necessary to demonstrate these skills and tactics. To develop this base, physical elements such as coordination, agility, speed, and quickness are essential, and CASQ Speed Training®️ provides a multifaceted approach to train these physical elements.
In addition, this training helps to build concentration and decision-making skills.
Experience the joy that comes from overcoming challenges to achieve your goals through training!
01Coordination
Coordination is the ability to stabilize your body, and then move your body freely.
More specifically, it involves balance, rhythm, reaction, and positioning (the ability to know where you are).
Coordination is the ability to smoothly perform a series of processes, including perceiving a situation with the five senses including the eyes and ears, making judgments in the mind, and moving the muscles accordingly.
Coordination ability is necessary to move the body skillfully. In general, when talking about athletes, people say things such as "that player moves well and has excellent motor skills," "they have good situational awareness," or "they have good ball-handling skills."
When observing the movements of children, some children are good at balancing and others are good at moving their bodies to the rhythm. The hidden skill behind such movements is coordination ability, and coordination training aims to improve this ability.
02Agility
Agility refers to nimbleness or quickness.
It includes quick directional changes, turnarounds, and fast lateral and forward or backward movements.
It includes decelerating effectively and shifting direction smoothly while maintaining balance.
These types of movements are required in many sports, including soccer, volleyball, basketball, and tennis.
Good posture and balance are necessary for efficient changes in direction. It is a very important movement used in various situations.
03Speed
Speed refers to "top speed" in this context.
Speed is calculated by multiplying stride by pitch (leg rotation).
Top speed is increased with a wider stride and faster pitch. Having sufficient flexibility in the hip joints is also important for speed. Speed also requires some leg strength.
It is important to have a stable stride and maintain speed at a high level. Linear movement situations require top speed. One imagines 100 meters in track and field when hearing this, but linear top speed is required in sports such as soccer, rugby, and American football.
04Quickness
Quickness refers to "swiftness".
It refers to quick reactions and swift movements from a standstill.
It involves maintaining good balance to change direction smoothly (an agility element), and accelerating efficiently during the first few steps without wasteful movements.
Base stealing in baseball is a typical example requiring quickness.
Quick reactions and movements are required in various sports such as soccer and basketball.
Quickness is a type of movement seen in sports where actions can start from any direction within a 360-degree range, and the timing of the start is unpredictable.
